It was a quick moment, but touching. Bobbi Campbell went missing 18 years ago today. Her daughter, Stephanie Cook, released balloons to mark the solemn occasion.

Attached to the balloons was a note written on the back of Stephanie’s sonogram. Bobbi Campbell will be a grandma this year.
